Please note : Passports are submitted & Collected through VFS.

•Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
•Thailand Visa Application Form : Visa application form duly filled and signed
•Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
•Covering-Letter:
a) Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of the visit and duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to– The Visa Officer, The Royal Thai Embassy, New Delhi
b) If applying from Kolkata: The letter should be addressed to "Royal Thai Consulate-General,Kolkata"
•Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Thailand host / inviting Company on its letter head stating applicant's name, designation, purpose of travel and duration of visit.
•Copies of the following company documents in Thailand
a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
b) Brief Company Profile
c) Map indicating the location of the company
d) List of shareholders
e) Details of business operation
f) List of foreign workers stating names, nationalities and positions in Thailand
g) Balance sheet, statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30) of the latest year
h) Alien income tax return (Por Ngor Dor 91)
i) Value-added tax registration (Por Ngor Dor 20)
•Proof of Occupation:
a) Brief Company Profile
b) Document showing correspondence with trading partners in Thailand.
•Work Purpose:
a) Copy of educational records of applicant and letters of recommendation from employers.
b) Letter of acceptance from the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare
c) Employment contract indicating rationale for hiring the applicant.
d) Copy of Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (only in case the applicant has previously worked in the Kingdom)
•Financials: 500USD endorsement needs to be done on the passport.
•Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket
Single Entry - 3months : 2000.00 + VFS Fee 300.00
Urgent Processing - Next Day (Only working days) Normal Processing : Third day
Fees by draft only in favour of Royal Thai Embassy along with documents. VFS FEE RS 300/-

Type : Tourist

•For First Time Traveller : The following documents apart from the above mentioned documents are to be submitted
a) Bank Statement / Credit Card Statement for the last 3 months

Single Entry:(3 months):2000.00, Double Entry:(6 months):4000.00 , + VFS Fee :300.00 (For all)
Urgent Processing - Next Day (Only working days) Normal Processing : Third day
Fees by draft only in favour of Royal Thai Embassy along with documents. VFS FEE RS 300/-

Type : Transit

Please note : Passports are submitted & Collected through VFS.

•Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Visa of a third country in a passport or travel document
b) Attach all your old passports (if any)

•Thailand Visa Application Form : Visa application form duly filled and signed
•Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.(You can use the same photograph which you have used to get Destination Visa)
•Covering Letter:
a) Covering letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of the visit and duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to– The Visa Officer, The Royal Thai Embassy, New Delhi
b) If applying from Kolkata: The letter should be addressed to "Royal Thai Consulate-General,Kolkata"
•Ticket : Confirmed Air Ticket
•Financials : Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht (per family)
Normal:1600.00 + VFS Fee :300.00
Next Day (Only working days) Normal Processing : Third day
