Type : Business

•Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
•Taiwan Visa Application Form : Visa application form have to be filled online by the applicant. Given below are the link: https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw/BOCA_MRVWeb/subroot/MRVWeb0_form.jsp

•Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
•Covering-Letter : Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre, New Delhi.
•Invitation Letter :
a) Invitation letter from Taiwan should be signed by authorised signatory. Invitation letter should be brought to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center (TECC) along with the application. Do not fax or email them to TECC.
b) ID card copy or Registration Certificate Copy of the authorised Signatory.

•Proof of Occupation
a) Copy of Company registration certificate or Letter of recommendation from CII / FICCI/ PHDCCI
b) Copy of Import/Export license issued by government (if applicable)
Please Note: Applicant who has traveled to Taiwan for Business purpose in the last 2 years can apply their case without Registration of the company /License.
•Ticket : Confirmed Round-trip Air Ticket
•Hotel Booking
•Personal Bank Statement for last five months.
•For First Time Traveler (Following documents apart from the above mentioned documents need to be submitted along with the application)
a) Original Highest Degree Certificate
b) Original Salary statement of last six months.

Note:
a ) Indian passport holders who hold valid visas or permanent residences for US, UK, Canada, Japan, Schengen Convention countries, Australia or New Zealand, are eligible to apply for Taiwan Visa online.

Hotel Booking: Hotel confirmation on Hotel’s letterhead
Bank statement for last five months
Financials: Personal bank statement for last three months
Please Note: Personal Interview might be required depending case to case.
Rs. 2500/- for Single entry(normal), Rs. 3750/- for Single entry(urgentl), Rs. 5000/- for Multiple Entry (normal), Rs. 7500/- for Multiple Entry (urgent)
