Type : Business

•Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.Attach all your old passports (if any)
•Tanzania Visa Application Form : Two visa application forms duly filled and signed. Photocopy can be used
•Photo Specification: Two recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas
•Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head mentioning the name, designation, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, High Commission for the United Republic of Tanzania, New Delhi.
•Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Tanzanian host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
•Financials: (If fresh Passport Holder)
a) Bank statement of last 6 months
b) Proof of sufficient Foreign Exchange
•Ticket: Return Air Ticket
•Medical: Yellow Fever Certificate
Rs. 2500/- (Single Entry) & Rs. 5000/- ( Multiple Entry )

Type : Tourist
