Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank page for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
Cyprus Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
**It is mandatory for the applicants to sign on the back of the photograph.
Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.The letter should be addressed to: High Commission of the Republic of Cyprus , New Delhi
Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Cyprus host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation should directly be sent to the Embassy.
Financials
a)Original Personal ITR for 3 years
b)Personal Bank Statement in original for last six months mentioning the applicants name.
c)Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler’s Cheque.
Hotel Booking : Hotel Confirmation Hotel booking should be faxed to the Embassy before the submission of the documents on the following no: (00911124628828)
Ticket : Confirmed Air Ticket along with the proof of boarding and lodging
Medical :NIL
Note:
a) If accommodation is sponsored, Stamped Bank Guarantee by the Migration Department in NICOSIA is a mandatory requirement by the Embassy.
b) Post submission the applicant can be asked for a PCC depending case to case
c) Ticket and Hotel should show Departures after 10 days from submission.
