China Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification: One recent passport size colored photograph with white background and 80% face coverage (Size : 35mm x 45mm)

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas
Covering-Letter:
a) Covering Letter from applicant on company's letter head stating applicant’s name, designation in the organization, purpose of visit, expenses to be borne by, contact information of the inviting company along with visa validity and type of entry addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, New Delhi
Invitation / Notification Letter: ORIGINAL Invitation/Notification Letter from Chinese host / inviting Company on its letter head with complete address & contact number, duly signed with round seal & signatory’s name and designation.
The letter should be addressed to "The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, New Delhi"
Financials:
Personal Original Bank Statement with minimum balance of Rs 1,50,000 with Bank seal and signature of authorized signatory.

Confirmed Return Air Ticket
Medical: NIL

China Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification: One recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish,80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old or scanned and should not be used in any of the previous visas. The photo should be stapled or glued on the application form.
Covering Letter
Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head stating applicant's name, profile, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, New Delhi
Financials:
First time traveler to China is required to provide Original Bank Certificate with minimum amount of Rs 1,50,000/- per pax
a) If visiting relatives an ORIGINAL invitation letter from their relatives in China and photocopies of their relatives' Residence Permits in China.

b) Hotel Booking: Hotel Confirmation
Ticket:
a) If applying from Delhi: Confirmed Return Air Ticket
b) If applying from Mumbai: Confirmed ticket with Airlines Stamp
c)If applying from Kolkatta: Confirmed Return Air Ticket

Invitation Letter from China (a company or a person), Tourist Agenda, personal written statement with details as follows: a) name of the scenic spot; b) name, address and contact number of the inviting company or person; c) name and contact number of the applicant's working unit in India. b) If the applicant could is unable to provide an Invitation Letter from China, the following documents are needed: a. Tourist Agenda. b. A copy of confirmed return air ticket and hotel reservation

China Visa Application Form : One visa application forms duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.(You can use the same photograph which you have used to get Destination Visa)
Covering Letter:
Covering letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, New Delhi
Ticket: Confirmed ticket reservation with all flights confirmed, proving the transit port of entry is china.
