Type : Business

Passport: Original Passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum three blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
Chile Visa Application form : One visa application form only typed and signed by applicant.
Photo Specification: Five recent camera clicked passport sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering-Letter: Original Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of the visit and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Chile, New Delhi
Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Chilean host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. The letter should be directly sent to the Embassy and a copy should be sent to us.
Financials:
a)Personal ITR Papers for last 3 years
b)Personal Bank Statements for last 6 months (Internet bank statements will not be accepted. Only Bank statements with name of the bank, branch address, contact number, applicant’s & company’s name, address, account number be accepted)
Proof of Occupation:
a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
b) Recommendation letter through recognised Chamber of Commerce in India
Authority-Letter: Authority Letter for outstation applications should be on R. 50/- stamp paper duly notarized by Notary. (The letter shall be sent along with application form at request).

Stamp paper should have the photograph of applicant, duly stamped by Notary and signed. We also need the left hand thumb impression of the applicant next to the signature.
Medical Requirements: Nil
Ticket: Confirmed air ticket
Note: If applicant is traveling for first time to Chile, then Application will be referred to the Chile for Approval.
Single Entry:3540.00 + VFS Fee 0.00 , Multiple Entry : 5487.00 + VFS Fee 0.00

b)Personal bank statements for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s telephone number clearly.
Proof Of Occupation :
a)Employed: Proof of employment like salary slip or appointment letter / NOC from employer
b)Student: Leave sanction letter from the school
Hotel Booking: Hotel confirmation with address and phone number from Chile faxed directly to the Embassy and one copy sent to us.
Ticket: Confirmed return air ticket.
Medical: Nil
